Q:  Why should I buy tires from TireFactory.net?

A:  TireFactory.net guarantees your satisfaction by shipping you the world's best tires and wheels while providing you with an outstanding customer service experience.  If you are not completely satisfied with your TireFactory.net purchase, please contact us right away at 800-576-1009.

Q:  How do I order by phone?

A:  Simply call us at 800-576-1009 and a tire and wheel specialist will be ready to assist you.

Q: How do I order by email?

A: Please complete our on-line order form and a tire and wheel specialist will contact you to gather your payment information.

Q: Do you offer studded tires?

A: Yes.  While state laws vary on allowing studded tires, we do sell them.  Please check your state to see if they are allowable.  If your state does allow the studded tires, please check the time period when they can be run on your car. 

 

 

 

Q: Do you carry other wheels or tires not listed on your web site?

A: TireFactory.net specializes in selling Nokian Tires and American Racing Wheels.  However, we carry most mainstream products.  If there is a particular product you are interested in, please call or email us for information or pricing.

Q: If I order a featured tire and custom wheel package, does that include an installation kit?

A: Yes. When you buy a featured tire and wheel package from us, we will supply you with an installation kit at no extra charge.  The installation kit includes rubber valve stems, lug nuts, and center caps. The package will be mounted and computer high-speed balanced. All that is needed is to be bolted on to the vehicle.

Q:  It says on TireFactory.net that you provide free shipping.  Is that world-wide?

A: Unfortunately, we only provide free shipping to the U.S. mainland. Please call us for shipping rates to Alaska, Hawaii, and International countries.

Q: Are the Prices at TireFactory.net the same as those at the Tire Factory Inc. stores?

A: The prices listed on TireFactory.net are based on internet only pricing and do not necessarily reflect pricing at Tire Factory Inc.  Policies and pricing may vary.

Q: I noticed what appears to be a typographical error on your web site.  Who should we contact?

A: Please call or email us immediately.  Although TireFactory.net tries every effort to include accurate and current information, any price and availability indicated on our web site is subject to change without notice.  We reserve the right to suspend sales of erroneous products until the correct information is established on-line.
